# Privacy Policy for Stocks Sim: Trading Simulator

This Privacy Policy explains how the developer identified above ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use **Stocks Sim: Trading Simulator** (the "Game").

Stocks Sim is a fictional entertainment game. It does not connect to a real bank, stock exchange, brokerage, or financial account, and it does not process real-money trades, deposits, withdrawals, or cash-out requests.

## 1. Summary

* You can play without creating an account.

* The Game does not ask you to provide your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, financial account details, or brokerage credentials.

* Game progress and settings are primarily stored locally on your device.

* The Game uses Google AdMob to display advertisements and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent and privacy choices where required.

* Google Mobile Ads may automatically process certain device and usage information as described below.

* We do not sell personal information collected directly by the Game.

## 2. Information stored locally by the Game

The Game stores the following information in private app storage on your device:

* your selected fictional character and play style;

* fictional balance, portfolio, trades, market history, and transaction receipts;

* game progress, objectives, achievements, skills, career seasons, rivals, challenges, relationships, story choices, and settings;

* opaque action and reward identifiers used to prevent duplicate actions or rewards;

* aggregate advertisement display counts and timestamps used to apply frequency limits;

* aggregate local advertisement event counters used to check placement operation; and

* accessibility, tutorial, audio, motion, and other game preferences.

This information describes activity inside the fictional Game and is not connected by our first-party code to your real identity or a real financial account. We do not operate a first-party analytics service or user-account database.

## 3. Android backup and device transfer

Android backup or device-transfer services may copy the Game's local save database to a backup associated with your device or platform account. Advertising consent records, local ad-frequency preferences, and local ad-event counters are excluded from the Game's configured Android backup.

Backups and device transfers are controlled by your device settings and platform provider. Their handling is subject to the provider's privacy policy. For Android devices using Google backup services, see the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).

## 4. Advertising and third-party data processing

The Game contains the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform SDK.

Depending on your device, region, consent choices, advertising settings, and our AdMob configuration, Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect or share:

* your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, which may be used to estimate general location;

* app and advertisement interactions, such as app launches, taps, impressions, or video views;

* diagnostic and performance information, such as launch time, crashes, hangs, and energy usage; and

* device or account identifiers, which may include the Android advertising ID, app set ID, or related identifiers when available.

Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. Google and its advertising partners may use information to request and deliver ads, measure advertising, limit repeated ads, detect fraud and abuse, perform analytics, and comply with legal obligations. Ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited depending on applicable law, consent, and device or account settings.

We currently do not include a separate third-party analytics SDK or an advertising mediation adapter. If additional third-party services are added, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated as appropriate.

## 5. Advertising choices

Where required, the Game uses Google's consent form to request or record advertising choices before requesting ads. When Google's privacy-options form is available, you can reopen it from **Settings > Privacy Choices** in the Game.

You may also manage or delete your Android advertising ID and adjust advertising privacy settings through your device or Google account settings. The exact controls available depend on your device, account, and region. Choosing not to receive personalized ads does not necessarily remove all advertisements; you may still receive non-personalized or limited ads.

Optional rewarded advertisements are presented as a choice. Core buying, selling, and game progression do not require you to provide real-world financial information.

## 6. How information is used

Local game information is used to:

* save and restore your game;

* operate trading, career, story, challenge, relationship, and progression systems;

* remember settings and accessibility choices;

* enforce ad-frequency limits;

* prevent duplicated gameplay actions and rewards; and

* maintain game integrity and troubleshoot local placement behavior.

Information processed through Google advertising services is used for the purposes described in Section 4 and in Google's policies.

## 7. Data sharing

Our first-party game code does not transmit your local save file, fictional portfolio, story decisions, or relationship progress to our own servers.

Device and usage information may be collected or shared with Google and its advertising partners through Google Mobile Ads, as explained in Section 4. Information may also be disclosed if required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

## 8. Data retention and deletion

Your active game save remains on your device until you reset the Game, clear the Game's app data, or uninstall it. Local settings and advertising counters generally remain until you clear app data or uninstall the Game.

Selecting **Reset Game** deletes the active game-save slot. If an older save was migrated to a newer save format, an internal migration backup may remain in the local database. To remove all locally stored Game data, including any migration backup and local preferences, use Android's **Clear storage/Clear data** control for the Game or uninstall it. A platform backup may remain under your platform provider's retention rules and may be managed through your device or account backup settings.

Google determines how long it retains information processed through Google advertising services. Please consult Google's policies and privacy controls for more information.

Because the Game does not provide accounts or maintain a first-party user database, there is no separate online account to delete. You may contact us using the privacy email above if you have a privacy question or request.

## 9. Security

We use Android private app storage for local Game data and limit app permissions to Internet access and network-state access needed for advertising. We do not request permission to access contacts, photos, the camera, microphone, SMS, call logs, or precise location.

Google states that information collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted during transmission. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## 10. Children's privacy

Stocks Sim is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information through the Game.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through a service used by the Game, contact us at the privacy email above. We will review the request and take appropriate action. Parents and guardians should also review the privacy and family controls available through Google Play and the child's device.

## 11. Regional privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to a data-protection authority.

Most first-party Game data is stored only on your device and can be removed using the controls described in Section 8. Advertising choices can be managed as described in Section 5. For information controlled by Google, use Google's privacy controls or contact Google as described in its Privacy Policy.

To submit a request to us, email the privacy contact listed at the beginning of this policy. We may need information reasonably necessary to verify and respond to the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

## 12. International processing

Google and its advertising partners may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their handling of international transfers is governed by their own terms, safeguards, and privacy policies.

## 13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its third-party services, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date above and publish the revised policy at the same public location. Material changes may also be communicated inside the Game where appropriate.
